Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entire agreement, including all supplementary documents, bonus terms, privacy notices, and responsible gaming policies published by nova88.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the Services at nova88, you must complete the registration process in full, providing accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistan mobile number.

The following conditions apply to all nova88 account registrations:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain so throughout your membership.
• You are permitted to hold one (1) nova88 account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
• All information provided at registration and during KYC must be accurate and current. nova88 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or unverifiable.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal proceeding, or regulatory restriction that would prevent you from entering into legally binding agreements or participating in online gaming.
• Corporate entities, partnerships, and organisations may not open personal user accounts at nova88.

Account Security & User Responsibilities

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nova88 account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• You must not share your nova88 login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your account, even with your knowledge or consent.
• You are responsible for all bets placed, transactions made, and actions taken from your account — regardless of whether they were made by you personally.
• You must notify nova88 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• nova88 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

nova88 implements 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, login location monitoring, and automatic session timeouts to protect user accounts. Users are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from their Account Settings immediately upon registration.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

nova88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's terms expressly override them:

• The default wagering requirement for all nova88 bonuses is 10× (ten times) the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of being credited. Uncompleted bonus wagering after this period results in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Real-money funds remain withdrawable at any time subject to standard KYC requirements.
• Each eligible player may claim a specific promotion once only, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• nova88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void related winnings, or suspend an account if it has reasonable grounds to believe a bonus has been obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of technical errors, or in breach of these terms.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10% of stakes wagered. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.

Betting, Gaming Rules & Disputes

All bets and wagers placed at nova88 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. nova88 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets unless an obvious technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the nova88 system records constitute the primary reference. If a discrepancy exists between what a user saw on screen and the recorded result, the server-side record takes precedence.
• Odds and lines are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.
• In the event of a sporting event being cancelled or voided without completion, nova88 will settle affected bets in accordance with the rules published for that sport. Generally, single bets on void events are returned; accumulator bets are recalculated excluding the void selection.
• Casino game results are governed by the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) of the relevant game provider. nova88 does not modify, alter, or interfere with game outcomes. All published RTPs are accurate and certified by independent testing laboratories.

Responsible Gaming

nova88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Pakistan. The Platform recognises that for a small number of users, gaming can become problematic, and it is our obligation to provide tools that help members maintain control of their activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all nova88 account holders via Account Settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly maximum deposit limits that you set and which take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over specified time periods that prevent further play once reached.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic logout after a user-defined playing duration, with optional reminder alerts at intermediate intervals.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary self-exclusion from 24 hours up to 30 days. No betting or casino activity is possible during a cool-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the nova88 Platform for periods of 6 months, 12 months, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, nova88 will make reasonable efforts to ensure no marketing communications are sent to the excluded user.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nova88, its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the nova88 Platform or any inability to access it.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or force majeure events beyond nova88's reasonable control.
• Any loss caused by a third-party accessing your account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in odds, prices, or game information that were corrected by nova88 within a reasonable timeframe after the error was identified.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider, banking institution, or mobile wallet operator.

nova88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

nova88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nova88 will notify registered users via the email address on their account and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

• Continued use of the nova88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with a material amendment, you may close your account before the amendment takes effect by contacting nova88 support at [email protected].
• Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates to contact information — may be made without direct notification and take effect immediately upon publication.
